This is a 15-minute initial consultation over the phone with no commitment. This will give you and your partner a chance to describe what you are looking for, and determine whether I am the right person to help you. You and your partner can also ask any questions you may have and I will explain how I work, my rates and my availability.

This may entail a 60-minute or 90-minute private appointment via a secure video platform or in-person. Couples I meet often describe themselves as being “‘stuck”. Using Emotionally-Focused Therapy, we will look for ways to change the negative cycles that have become rigid and taken over the relationship. We will work on creating new patterns of interaction that foster trust, rather than defensiveness, and a deeper connection in order to move closer to having the relationship you would both prefer.
