Oftentimes the way out of a difficult situation requires us to take a different path. Whatever we’ve been doing no longer seems to be working. Perhaps, change is necessary. And yet, change in difficult times can feel impossible.

Psychotherapy can help. While our struggles keep us stuck and isolated, I seek to walk side-by-side with you to explore a new path - one that will make sense of the confusion, remove shame and despair, and bring hope.

My wish is that one day you will look back and see how far you’ve come.
